One suggestion might be to cut the question marks and make the most evocative phrases. Eg “What are the advantages and disadvantages for the host societies of immigrants who included socially?” could be “immigrants have included socially has advantages and disadvantages for the host societies that I intend to explore further.” Also, for a mission that is, you may want to focus specifically on one country and a unique part of the company, because with all these themes that you would keep writing forever to cover everything in verbose mode.
